Our Staff
Program Manager: Robert Connors, MBA., MA Candidate Gerontology, brings 15+ years experience in the high tech and higher education sector to LBFE, having worked for organizations ranging in size of under $120M budget to nearly $350 million. Robert has extensive experience in Business Process Change, Training, and Event Management – and has deployed worldwide business applications for improved processes at every organization for which he has worked. Robert enjoys politics, reading, travel, and many outside activities such as mountain biking and running.
Operations Manager: Julie Tayag, a Communications graduate of the University of California, Riverside, brings a high energy to the office and is our organizational and operations guru–as well as our “in-house webmaster.” With a high level of professionalism, Julie has been able to help tighten up LBFE expenses and procedures and has also taken on the role of overseeing LBFE’s communications efforts–including social networking. Julie enjoys exploring different cities, trying new restaurants, and cooking & baking.
Development Associate: Lisa Stefani is a University of California, Santa Barbara graduate and recent addition to LBFE. Lisa brings her top-notch communication skills, friendly nature, determined work ethic, and love of helping others to the organization – along with experience as a Peer Health Intern, as an assistant for an after-school program, and as an administrative assistant. As a cheerful and active person, Lisa loves spending time with her friends and family; playing with her yellow lab, Oliver; hiking; reading; and cooking.
