Do you have 8 minutes twice a week?

A New York Times article this month suggested that it only takes an 8-minute phone conversation to make a difference. A recent study said when participants received brief phone calls a few times a week, their levels of depression, loneliness, and anxiety were “rapidly reduced” compared with people who didn’t receive a call.
