LBFE’s COVID-19 Policy effected January 2024

Due to the risks associated with COVID-19, we know that some people and communities, such as our oldest citizens, people who are immunocompromised, and people with disabilities, are at higher risk for serious illness and face challenging decisions navigating a world with COVID-19.
LBFE has revised our COVID-19 policies. While our previous requirement mandated that all volunteers must be vaccinated and boosted, it is now our strong preference that all volunteers be vaccinated and boosted, considering the risks faced by the population we serve.
Our updated policy kindly urges individuals who feel unwell to stay at home and let the LBFE office know ASAP.

Furthermore, those who have not received vaccinations are expected to wear masks during their visits, and other activities you participate in with LBFE older adults.
